Customer Service

At Seafish we are very aware that time is money when it comes to the fishing industry and that when gear is required or is lost or damaged, you want it as soon as possible so you can get back out to sea. 

If ordered before 2pm, we will despatch your order the same day (provided the stock is available from our warehouse) however for heavier and bulkier items, we need to have the order by 1pm to ensure they make the truck the same day. 

For items under 5kg or those that will fit into a courier bag, we use NZ Couriers or Fastway and for the bulkier/weightier items we use Toll Tranzlink which trucks into various agents around NZ.  NZ Couriers + Fastway will generally deliver the next day and Toll Tranzlink will deliver the following afternoon however South Island deliveries can take up to three days.

We will always use the most efficient and cost effective way to get your fishing gear to you but at times, delays beyond the control of Seafish can occur.  If what you have ordered does not get delivered when you expect it, make contact with us on 0800-888456 and we will follow up and advise you what the expected delivery time is.
